The Bay Ridge 5th Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) is a nonprofit organization working to promote and enhance the commercial district of Bay Ridge. BID membership is open to all property owners, commercial tenants, and residents within the district boundary. Only registered members may vote at the BID's annual meeting. The BID encompasses all properties fronting 5th Avenue
starting from 65 street and ending by 85 Street. You must be within this boundary to be a registered member of the BID.
By submitting your name, address, and contact information to the BID, you certify that you are an owner of real commercial property, holder of a commercial lease, or holder of a residential lease that is within the BID boundaries, and thus entitled to register to vote.
